Mise en place
I cut a tomato into 12 wedges, shaved red onion as thin as I could, crumbled a bit of Feta and sliced a handful of kalamata olives.
For this salad we also used romaine lettuce, and a store bough, organice Greek dressing.

This is one interpretation of a Greek salad. There are many other ingredients you could use in addition to or in place of the ones I used.
From Wikipedia:
"Greek salad is made with wedges of tomatoes, sliced (and, typically, peeled,) cucumber, green bell peppers, red onion, sliced or cubed feta cheese, and kalamata olives, typically seasoned with salt, pepper and dried oregano, and dressed with olive oil. Common additions include the pickled leaves, buds or berries of capers (especially in the Dodecanese islands), vinegar, lemon juice, and chopped parsley"
