Pantry Pizza

I like to make this "pizza" with all sorts of little odds and ends lying around in the pantry or fridge. Top with any kind of cheese or topping. It always turns out delicious.

This recipe is just guideline of how I usually make mine.

It also makes a fun and easy appetizer.

  • 1 pita bread
  • 1 Tbs of olive oil
  • 2 slices of provolone cheese
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced

  • 1 slice of roast beef, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
